Important Information

Duration: Approximately 3 hours in total, including transfers and the 45-minute balloon flight.

Pickup: Available from hotels across Cappadocia, including Göreme, Ürgüp, Uçhisar, Avanos, Ortahisar, Çavuşin, Mustafapaşa, and Nevşehir. Pickup generally takes place between 3:15 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on the season. Your exact pickup time and flight status will be provided by email or WhatsApp and must be reconfirmed the day before.

Passenger details: Full name, date of birth, passport number, gender, and nationality are required for each passenger in accordance with Turkish Civil Aviation Authority regulations.

Restrictions: The experience is not suitable for children under 6, pregnant travelers, wheelchair users, or guests with back or heart conditions. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

What to bring: Carry a valid photo ID matching your booking and wear warm layers, as early mornings can be chilly. Drones, pets, smoking, alcohol, drugs, and large luggage are not permitted.
