The full experience lasts approximately 3–4 hours, including transfers and preparation; the balloon flight itself lasts about 1 hour.

Hotel pickup is available across Cappadocia, including Göreme, Ürgüp, Uçhisar, Avanos, Ortahisar, Çavuşin, Mustafapaşa, and Nevşehir. Pickup generally takes place between 4:30 AM and 8:00 AM, depending on the season and sunrise time.

Children under 6 years old or under 120 cm tall cannot participate. The experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Bring a valid photo ID and a jacket, as temperatures can be cool in the early morning. Drones, pets, baby strollers, alcohol, and drugs are not permitted.

Passenger details including full name, date of birth, passport number, gender, and nationality are required in accordance with Turkish Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
