Derinkuyu Underground City: Expect narrow tunnels, stairs, uneven surfaces, and confined spaces. The site is not recommended for visitors with mobility difficulties or claustrophobia.
Balloon flight: Children under 6 years old or under 120 cm tall cannot participate. The experience is not wheelchair accessible.
Hotel pickup: Pickup is available from hotels throughout the Cappadocia region and generally takes place between 4:30 AM and 8:00 AM, depending on sunrise. Reconfirm your pickup details one day before the flight.
Aviation requirements: Passenger details including full name, date of birth, passport number, gender, and nationality are required for aviation clearance.
Weather conditions: Balloon flights depend on suitable weather and aviation approval. If your flight is canceled due to weather, rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
