Your adventure begins with a shuttle pick-up from the hotel in the early hours of the morning (around 03:00 to 04:00 AM).
Upon arrival at the launch site, passengers are usually first provided with a light breakfast and hot drinks. Then you can witness your hot air balloon being inflated with hot air by the crew.
